The Halligalli birthday flat rate is great for children and adults: they all can meet there friends and party together without having to make any arrangements. And your apartment/house stays clean and tidy!

The Halligalli birthday flat rate includs entrance, 1 token, party menu, 0,5 l beverage, ready laid table, birthday throne (quantity determinate) und birthday present for the birthday child, ice for dessert

Additional information::

This booking was made bindingly taken by me. I have taken cognizance of the rules and accept. Every field has to be filled out completely from a guardian (tick has to be set on "Zustimmen" = agree):

There have to be at least six children for the birthday  arrangements and there should be one adult chaperone/guardian/overseer/accompanist to look after the children at minimum.
In case there are less than six children but you still want to have the arrangement you have to pay the all-inclusive price for six children which means that you will, of course, obtain the adequate/appropriate benefits.

A transferring of your reservation/arrangement is possible in general. In short term transferring wihtin 48 hours we charge an additional price of EUR 25.
Cancelations are only possible in terms of act of nature beyond control (storm, death in the family, illness). In case of illness of the birthday child or the chaperone/guardian we ask for a medical certification.
Reservated birthdays which don´t show up have to pay the full price for the persons who were announced.

If one or two guests cancel on short notice because of illness that is within the bounds of the usual there is no need of adjustment. Just tell it one of our employees at the cash desk after arriving.

The party guests can expect a variegated(ly) setted/covered table. The birthday child sits on its own throne (limited numbers, placing in order of the arrival of the reservations) and gets a small surprise.

You are not allowed to bring something along such as food or beverages, except for the birthday cake. We serve well-priced food and beverage at our Halligalli Kinderwelt.
We are kindly asking you to respect this rule strictly so we can make sure that everyone is treated fairly.
  
Make your choice of one unitary birthday meal from our offer. One beverage at 0,5 l each (mineral water, apple juice, limonade, cola) is included. Each menu can be prepared as a vegetarian for an extra charge of EUR 2 per person. Non standard special agreements are possible (after a previous agreement, a written confirmation and where required an extra charge).
  
For each child we charge a birthday flat rate/lump sum to the amount of EUR 11,00 (Monday-Thursday) / EUR 12,50 (Friday-Sunday, as well as on public holiday). Grown- up accompanists pay the normal admission price of EUR 3,50 and can chosse their individual wishes for food or beverage from our card menu.

Please consider that we have two shifts on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from October 1. until March 31.:
First shift 11:00 – 14:45 o´clock
Second shift 15:15-19:00 o´clock

It is essential that you please clear your table from 14:45 o´clock so that our Halli Galli team can clean and prepare the table for the next birthday arrangement.

You are allowed to bring additional decoration provided that you take it with you when you leave. Gift packages are to be disposed by yourself.

Furthermore our normal rules and terms for visits at the Halli Galli Kinderwelt apply to birthdays as well. Please have in mind that the children bring along socks (anti-slip socks are most suitable – also availabe at our Halli Galli Kinderwelt). 
It is not allowed to enter the equipment bare-footed for hygienic reasons.
For payment we accept EC Cards, but no credit cards.
